The IT Department at Rives, Leavell & Co. has the
responsibility of developing and maintaining systems to provide information
where it’s needed, when it's needed, and in the appropriate format.
RLC’s IT Department knows the importance of its assigned duties,
and is constantly striving to not only keep systems running smoothly,
but continually finding ways to improve them.
RLC’s IT. Department is staffed with personnel who have not only
technical expertise, but a clear concept of the company vision and extensive
knowledge of company products and services. This makes for a winning
scenario for clients because useful and accurate information is consistently
provided when needed.
In February of 2008 RLC released a new Online Ordering System (OOS) platform. Clients are now able to purchase bonds through RLC 7 days a week, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. This new system is continuously monitored for effectiveness and efficiency, and updated as changes are needed.
