and accurately process investment orders. The Trade Desk at RLC was formed
as a separate department to take care of investment order processing and
record maintenance. Every time an investment order is received, every time an investment
account is modified, the Trade Desk goes into action. The Trade Desk Team
uses its extensive experience, custom quality control procedures, and
customized software to provide service excellence.
Clients who make investments can be assured that when they make an investment,
the Trade Desk will take the lead in making sure everything is processed
correctly. The Trade Desk works directly with RLC Account Executives
and strategic partners as well as all RLC departments. The Trade Desk
updates and balances bond inventories, provides reporting to Account
Executives and strategic partners, checks IRA documentation, provides
backup assistance to clients, and performs all tasks necessary to receive,
record, process and report all client bond transactions and payments.
Working as a team, the Trade Desk Department at RLC has proven
to be a wonderful asset to retail clients and church members.
